This activity will be held under the concept of self-dairy. The competition is open for the youth aged 15 to 30 years. We will provide 5 lists of self-love such as a to-do list, what positive changes have I made recently, favourite songs, quotes of the day, and daily moment highlights. The participants must design their one-page diary layout by including all the elements that we have provided. The diary must be written in English. All the entries must be original and plagiarized entries will be rejected. They are free to use any editing apps for the design. Entries must be submitted with a registration form through email. We will invite lecturers from the School of Communication as the judges for this competition. There will be three winners and two consolation prizes. Cash and E-Certificate will be the prizes for the competition. The winners will be announced during the closing ceremony. At the end of the competition, participants will have a better understanding of self-love and this competition can inspire them to make positive changes.
Terms and conditions
• This competition is open for Youth (ages 15 - 30).
• The diary must be written in English.
• Entry size: A4 size (210 × 297mm) landscape or vertical.
• The design must be submitted in PDF format.
• Entries must be submitted with the registration form through email.
• Deadline for submission: before 11.59 pm on 8 January 2022

*Your artwork is restricted to the use of computer and digital software.
*All judges’ decisions are final.

• 1st Prize: cash money or in-kind worth RM150 + E-Certificate
• 2nd Prize: cash money or in-kind worth RM100 + E-Certificate
• 3rd Prize: cash money or in-kind worth RM50 + E-Certificate
• Consolation Prize × 2: cash money or in-kind worth RM30 + E-Certificate
